How to use the flying laser system?
The whole system including conveyor belt,detect sensor and encoder.
Most customers have their own conveyor belt, they only need detect sensor and encoder.
1.After received the machine, install the encoder on the belt. Do one mark point at begining so as to measure the belt running speed.
2.Open “EZCAD” software,click “F3”–“Other” port–“Fly Mark” –“Calculate”
3.Turn on the conveyor belt and move some distance. Measure this distance, it is 340mm. The “imput lenth’ is 340mm,then “OK” The “Coeffivcient”will be calculate automatically.
4.Turn on the belt, the flyspeed will be showed.
5.”Flymark” “On-the-fly…” “Encoder signal reserved” Above 3 buttons enable. Also the continuous part button enable.After that the laser can match the belt for marking
