YAG laser welding machine is to use high-energy pulsed laser to weld the workpiece. It uses a pulsed xenon lamp as a pump source and ND:YAG as a laser working substance. The laser power source first pre-ignites the pulsed xenon lamp, and discharges the pulsed xenon lamp through the laser power source, so that the xenon lamp generates light waves of a certain frequency and pulse width, and the light waves irradiate the ND:YAG laser crystal through the concentrating cavity, thereby exciting the ND:YAG laser crystal to generate laser light. After passing through the resonator, a pulsed laser with a wavelength of 1064 nm is generated. The laser is beam-expanded, reflected (or transmitted through an optical fiber), and radiated to the surface of the workpiece after being focused, so that the workpiece is partially melted and welded. The frequency, pulse width, table moving speed, and moving direction of the pulsed laser required for welding can be controlled by PLC or industrial PC, and the amount of laser energy can be controlled by adjusting the current, laser frequency, and pulse width.
