-Fiber laser machine and laser source has three years warranty,and about fiber laser machine nearly no consuamble parts.
－How do you handle warranty claims? Do you pay for the shipping of return parts?
If the machine is received by you, we recommend you check and test it carefully within seven days. If there is any quality problem, we will bear shipping fee and accessories costs.
If the machine has any quality problems within one month after you receive the goods, we will help you bear half of the shipping cost and provide free accessories
If the machine has any quality problems within three years, we will provide free accessories.
After three years, we will still provide 24-hour after-sales support and lifetime after-sales service.

－Can you help with the tariff costs here in the US?
For our customers, Most customers prefer shipping by door,becuase this way can help our customers clear the custom , ship the machine to door, and pay the tax. You only wait the machine in your home… It is very convenient!!
Of course, if you near to seaport, then more recommend you ship to your seaport, can save you more cost.
