Seveal Small Tips for processing Laser Rubber, and you will benefit from the your rubber stamp!
- 1. How to choose suitable laser machine?
When stamp engraving, we recommend a lens with a short focal length.
Generally, a 1.5” lens is used, or foucs lengh 50.8MM.
Use the nozzle with the small hole diameter. To ensure the best possible result when processing with a Dowin laser 3040B Professional rubber stamp laser engraving machine, adjust the nozzle to the focal height. We suggest processing stamp rubber choose honycome working table:
2. The best way to set up suitable parameter
Engraving :
For a stamp rubber of 1.5 mm, an engraving depth of up to 0.8 mm is recommended.
For a 2.3 mm thick stamp rubber, the parameters should be set so that the rubber is worn by at least 0.9 mm. To get a high-quality imprint, we recommend an engraving depth of 1.2 mm.
The Air Assist must be switched on during the entire laser process.
Cutting
Use a cutting frequency of 1000 Hz.
